Good day, everyone! My name is Albert. I am 21 years of age and I am currently taking a Secondary Education degree majoring in English at STI College Balagtas. If I were to describe myself in one word, it would be curious. I tend to be imaginative about different things and curious about topics that interest me. I am also the kind of person that likes unusual things and stuff many would find boring or weird. I can also say that I am passionate about the things that I do and I always want to discover new possibilities as it excites and drives me to do more and get the best out of it. Lastly, I am a huge mainstream media junkie, so expect that I don't have any idea about Netflix shows and things alike. (Trust me when I tell you that I know both plots of Encantadia 2005 and 2016 more than trending Netflix shows and the latest Korean dramas.)
Since then, I am finding a way how can I express my thoughts, feelings, and experiences without the need of possibly, interrupting other people's precious time. I wanted to show the side of mine that everyone hasn't seen. I may be too quirky and funny at some point, but I tend to be more serious about my ideas whenever I am alone. I needed a vehicle for my ideas so that I could always look up to them and make sure that I could have the growth I wanted as an amateur writer and of course, as an individual.
Here goes this site, which I entitled Omnibus of a Feisty Maven and which served as my project back when I was in Senior High School. This site served as a personal diary where I get to share my thoughts and experiences with everyone who will be interested to read it. However, times had changed, and I wanted a sort-of rebrand for this site. Hence, the new motif and name The Naïve Thinker. The name might be some oxymoron if you'll notice, but that's the essence. Here, I would like to express the ideas I have in the back of my mind as well as the things I have an interest in and make my day worthwhile. Another, I would like to write things I am not well-familiar with so I can challenge myself to become a better writer, too. I also look upon doing different reviews and list-making towards my own experiences that will surely people might want to try. I am open to different reviews and criticisms (please make them constructive, though) so that I could develop more as an amateur blogger and make this blog site more pleasing and appealing.
